4 week Course for Back Pain

  • Mini retreats explore practices and approaches to renew and grow your inner resources, finding ease within, trust, and self-empowerment. You will create healthy habits that lighten your outlook on life, and yourself, allowing you to be of greater service to those around you. This course is open to any level of practitioner.

  • RANGE OF POSTURES & PRANAYAMA

    Postures and breathwork energise and strengthen the spine and limbs, increase blood and fluid flow, tone and calm the nerves, and strengthen immunity. Tensions and toxins are released.

  • Simple mantra, mudra, & meditation

    Balancing breath rhythms, and energy seals awaken and distribute dormant vital energy throughout the body.

    Through mantra and meditation we can experience the underlying stillness beyond our thoughts and emotions.

  • deep Yoga Nidra & Q's & A's

    I guide you through a full Yoga Nidra. You’ll learn the art of pratyahara (to withdraw the mind from the senses) as a means of relieving accumulated tensions, increasing stress resistance and overall efficiency, and aiding the prevention and development of psychosomatic diseases.

    Developing subtle energy pathways, and a resolve or purpose for your practice, are all aspects of Yoga Nidra.

RETREAT structure

Our time together will be interspersed with pauses to reflect, feel and contemplate, so that you may experience the subtle effects of the practices as they create a feeling of spaciousness and belonging.

This retreat is open to any level of practitioner.
