Let’s talk about your event
Whether you have a specific session in mind or would like to explore how traditional yoga might complement your event, I would be pleased to hear from you.
Get in touch to discuss your ideas and make an enquiry. It draws on traditional approaches to health and wellbeing, including the principles of Ayurveda, which views balance as something shaped by lifestyle, rhythms, and daily habits. In these sessions, we may explore conversation, reflection, breath awareness, and guided relaxation. The intention is to gently bring awareness to patterns that may be operating beneath the surface. Nothing is forced. We work slowly and carefully, allowing insight to arise in its own time. This can be helpful when something feels out of balance—physically, mentally, or emotionally—or when you simply want more clarity and support in how you are living.

Bring the depth and experience of traditional yoga to your event, retreat, community gathering or private group.
With over 25 years of teaching experience, I offer more than practical yoga sessions. I am available to teach, give talks, lead discussions and facilitate group experiences exploring the wider principles and practices of yoga.
Drawing on the Sivananda tradition and the Bihar School of Yoga, my approach encompasses the many dimensions of yoga: movement and posture, breathing practices, mantra, meditation, deep relaxation, self-awareness and yoga philosophy.
Yoga is much more than physical practice. It offers a way of exploring the relationship between body, breath, mind and our deeper experience of being. Through practice, sound, silence and inquiry, we can begin to understand yoga not simply as something we do, but as something we experience.
Contributions can be shaped around your audience, setting and the nature of your event. This might be a practical yoga workshop, a talk exploring traditional yoga philosophy, an introduction to mantra and meditation, a guided relaxation, or a discussion of how yoga can be understood and integrated into everyday life.
